A beautifully light vanilla cake mix that is easy to make (just add water!). Much loved by Cake & Icing Centre customers for many years.
700g packet yields between 20-22 cupcakes, and is suitable for an 8inch (20cm) cake tin or any of our novelty hire cake tins

Baking time and oven temperature dependent on age and efficiency of your oven, and therefore can vary. Regular checks after cooking time of 40 minutes will be required if cake is not ready.
It is advisable for more modern ovens to cook at a slightly reduced temperature for a longer time.
